We get you licensed for the markets you actually want

The right licence is the one that fits your target countries, your capital and the banks you need to onboard with. We work that out first, then run the application end to end.

What we handle

From the jurisdiction decision to the certificate, with local counsel, agents and officers coordinated for you.

  • 01

    The jurisdiction decision, costed

Three or four realistic options side by side with capital, timeline and annual cost. Seychelles, Mauritius, Vanuatu and Belize at the offshore tier; UAE onshore, DIFC, ADGM and Jordan where you want Gulf credibility.

  • 02

    The UAE routes, explained

A Category 5 licence at AED 500,000 covers promotion, arranging and client introduction; Category 1 full brokerage sits near AED 30 million. DIFC and ADGM are separate regulators again, and we tell you which door fits your model.

  • 03

    Application preparation

Business plan, financial projections, AML and compliance manuals, and the fit-and-proper director pack, assembled to the standard the regulator actually reads.

  • 04

    Local people in place

Resident directors, compliance officer, auditor and corporate services provider sourced and appointed in the jurisdiction. We start this in week one, because it sets the real timeline.

  • 05

    Islamic accounts, built properly

Swap-free structured to AAOIFI Shari’ah Standard No. 1 with a fixed service charge rather than a time-accruing fee, clear exclusions, and a route to independent Sharia board review.

How it runs

Four stages, with the long-lead items started first.

  1. 1

    Scope

Target countries, capital available, whether you will hold client money, and who you intend to serve. Thirty minutes on WhatsApp settles most of the map.

  2. 2

    Choose the route

A written comparison of the viable jurisdictions with capital, timeline, running cost and banking outlook. You pick from that document.

  3. 3

    Assemble and file

We prepare the file, appoint the local officers and directors, and submit. Banking and payment underwriting begin in parallel.

  4. 4

    Through to approval

We manage regulator correspondence and follow-up questions to the decision, and hand over an entity ready to connect to a platform.

Common questions.

Anything else, message us and you will get a real answer the same day.

What does it cost?

It depends on the licence tier and the markets you want, so we price it to the build rather than to a package. Our rates are competitive for the region and you deal with one team instead of three vendors. Message us on WhatsApp with your target countries and budget and you will have a figure the same day.

How long does it take?

A few months at the offshore tier, longer for an onshore Gulf regime. The clock belongs to the regulator, so we run the platform, payments and partner work alongside it.

Do you issue the licence?

No. We are a consultancy. We prepare the application and coordinate the licensed counsel and agents in the jurisdiction, and the regulator makes the decision.

Which Arab countries license this directly?

Jordan licenses dealing in foreign exchange and names Introducing Broker as its own category. Bahrain licenses investment business firms through the Central Bank. The UAE offers three separate regimes. Elsewhere, brands serve the market from an offshore or Gulf licence.
