We turn a licence and a platform into revenue

The commercial layer between having a brokerage and running one. We negotiate the deals, build the partner programme and manage the relationships that produce funded accounts.

What we handle

The commercial work, on your side of the table.

  • 01

    Partner programme design

Commission schedule, tier structure, qualification rules and payout cadence built to attract serious partners and keep them past the first quarter.

  • 02

    Deal negotiation

We negotiate with brokers, partners and vendors on your behalf, and we know what the market actually pays rather than what it advertises.

  • 03

    Liquidity and pricing

Liquidity provider selection, spread and markup model, and an execution policy you can put in front of a partner. Gold is priced deliberately, because Arabic-market flow concentrates there.

  • 04

    Renegotiating what you already have

If you are already operating, we review your existing broker, PSP and liquidity terms and go back to the table where there is room.

  • 05

    Partner retention

Reporting partners can read, commission maths they can verify, and and a named Arabic-speaking contact. Those three things keep a network together.

How it runs

Engaged as a project or on retainer.

  1. 1

    Review

Current terms, partner mix, pricing and where revenue is actually coming from.

  2. 2

    Design

The commercial structure: what you offer partners, at what rates, with what qualification and payout rules.

  3. 3

    Negotiate

We take the structure to counterparties and close the agreements, documented properly.

  4. 4

    Run it

Ongoing partner management, performance review and renegotiation as volume grows.

Common questions.

Anything else, message us and you will get a real answer the same day.

How is this different from the IB network service?

That service is about who your partners are. This one is about the terms, the pricing and the relationships around them. Most clients take both, but they work separately.

Do you work with brokers that already have partners?

Often. Existing programmes usually leak on payout terms and reporting rather than on headline rate, and both are fixable.

Can you renegotiate our liquidity terms?

Yes. Pricing, markup and execution terms are all negotiable once volume is established, and we know where the room is.

Is this a retainer?

It can be either. Programme design and a negotiation round work well as a project; ongoing partner management works better on retainer.
